Ghost Squad Guards are selected for their guarding abilities and experience and are managed on a strict, semi-paramilitary basis. They are also required to have a pleasant demeanor and a working knowledge of laws and restrictions as applied to and by different complexes/ businesses.
Our guards are carefully screened and this includes, amongst others:
- Pre-employment polygraph screened
- ITC and reference checked
- Are over 26 years of age
- Have at least 2 years experience
Guards are recruited and employed for specific contracts with weeks of training given before and during their employment at Ghost Squad. They are supervised and managed on a 24-hour basis.
