On behalf of the school and the parents involved, I would just like to thank you and your team for amazing response time, and the professional manner in which (Shaun) handled the whole situation on Tuesday with our incident. The professional manner in the way your company operates is very rare in this day and age, and I thank you for making me look good. The finance department will probably give me the go ahead next week on the alarm system, as I have already accepted the quote, possible payment on deposit by next week.
